MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Superconductor Technologies Inc. (SCON)
Superconductor Technologies Inc. (SCON) has announced a reverse split that will become effective on Tuesday, July 19, 2016. On that date, the current SCON option class will change to SCON1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list SCON1 options. Therefore, no options on SCON will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, July 19, 2016. Superconductor Technologies Inc. (SCON) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, July 20, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in SCON will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, July 18, 2016.
