MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Orexigen Therapeutics, Inc. (OREX)

Orexigen Therapeutics, Inc. (OREX) has announced a reverse split that will become effective on Tuesday, July 12, 2016.  On that date, the current OREX option class will change to OREX1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list OREX1 options. Therefore, no options on OREX will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, July 12, 2016.  Orexigen Therapeutics, Inc. (OREX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, July 13, 2016.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in OREX will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, July 11, 2016.
