MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Violin Memory, Inc. (VMEM)

Violin Memory, Inc. (VMEM) has announced a reverse split that will become effective on Wednesday, July 6, 2016.  On that date, the current VMEM option class will change to VMEM1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list VMEM1 options. Therefore, no options on VMEM will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, July 6, 2016.  Violin Memory, Inc. (VMEM) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, July 7, 2016.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in VMEM will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, July 5, 2016.
