MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Greatbatch, Inc. (GB) Name and Symbol Change to Integer Holdings Corporation (ITGR)
Greatbatch, Inc. (GB) will change its name to Integer Holdings Corporation, its trading symbol to (ITGR), and its CUSIP to 45826H109, effective for trading on Friday, July 1, 2016.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: ITGR options will trade on Cloud 9 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in GB will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, June 30, 2016.
