MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Axcelis Technologies, Inc. (ACLS)
Axcelis Technologies, Inc. (ACLS) has announced a 1-for-4 reverse split that will become effective on Friday, July 1, 2016. On that date, the current ACLS option class will change to ACLS1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list ACLS1 options. Therefore, no options on ACLS will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, July 1, 2016. Axcelis Technologies, Inc. (ACLS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, July 5, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in ACLS will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, June 30, 2016.
