Market for Underlying Security used for Openings on MIAX for Symbols GOV, HPT, SNH and TA Effective Friday, July 1, 2016

The following issues will transfer primary listing from NYSE to NASDAQ effective Friday, July 1, 2016, and, as set forth in MIAX Rule 503(d), MIAX shall use NASDAQ as the “market for the underlying security” for purposes of Openings on the Exchange.

  • Government Properties Income Trust (GOV)
  • Hospitality Properties Trust (HPT)
  • Senior Housing Properties Trust (SNH)
  • TravelCenters of America, LLC (TA)
