Market for Underlying Security used for Openings on MIAX for Symbol OPK Effective Friday, June 24, 2016
OPKO Health, Inc. (OPK) will transfer primary listing from NYSE to NASDAQ effective Friday, June 24, 2016, and, as set forth in MIAX Rule 503(d), MIAX shall use NASDAQ as the “market for the underlying security” for purposes of Openings on the Exchange.
