MIAX Options Exchange will participate in SIFMA's October 15, 2016 Industry-Wide Business Continuity Test
The MIAX Options Exchange will participate in the SIFMA 2016 industry-wide business continuity test on Saturday, October 15, 2016 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST.
Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Testing and Requirement Plans for Designated Members are outlined in MIAX Rule 321. Pursuant to Regulation Systems Compliance and Integrity (“Regulation SCI”), 17 CFR 242.1000 et seq. and with respect to the MIAX’s business continuity and disaster recovery plans, all mandatory participants have been notified, but all members are encouraged to participate.
MIAX will operate out of its disaster recovery site and customers must connect to the MIAX disaster recovery site IP addresses for all interfaces. Connectivity tests can be conducted prior to October 15, 2016.
