OXiGENE, Inc. (OXGN) will change its name to Mateon Therapeutics, Inc., its trading symbol to (MATN), and its CUSIP to 57667K109, effective for trading on Monday, June 20, 2016.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: MATN options will trade on Cloud 12 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in OXGN will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, June 17, 2016.
