MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Resolute Energy Corporation (REN)
Resolute Energy Corporation (REN) has announced a 1-for-5 reverse split that will become effective on Wednesday, June 8, 2016. On that date, the current REN option class will change to REN1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list REN1 options. Therefore, no options on REN will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, June 8, 2016. Resolute Energy Corporation (REN) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, June 9, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in REN will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, June 7, 2016.
