MIAX Corporate Action Alert: IDT Corporation (IDT)

IDT Corporation (IDT) has announced a distribution that will become effective on Thursday, June 2, 2016.  On that date, the current IDT option class will change to IDT1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list IDT1 options. Therefore, no options on IDT will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, June 2, 2016.  IDT Corporation (IDT) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, June 3, 2016.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in IDT will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, June 1, 2016.
