MIAX Corporate Action Alert: California Resources Corporation (CRC)
California Resources Corporation (CRC) has announced a 1-for-10 reverse split that will become effective on Wednesday, June 1, 2016. On that date, the current CRC option class will change to CRC1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list CRC1 options. Therefore, no options on CRC will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, June 1, 2016. California Resources Corporation (CRC) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, June 2, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in CRC will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, May 31, 2016.
