MIAX Corporate Action Alert: PetroQuest Energy, Inc. (PQ)
PetroQuest Energy, Inc. (PQ) has announced a 1 for 4 reverse stock split that will become effective on Thursday, May 19, 2016. On that date, the current PQ option class will change to PQ1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list PQ1 options. Therefore, no options on PQ will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, May 19, 2016. PetroQuest Energy, Inc. (PQ) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, May 20, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in PQ will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, May 18, 2016.
