MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Charter Communications, Inc. (CHTR)
Charter Communications, Inc. (CHTR) has announced an adjustment that will become effective on Wednesday, May 18, 2016. On that date, the current CHTR option class will change to CHTR1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list CHTR1 options. Therefore, no options on CHTR will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, May 18, 2016. Charter Communications, Inc. (CHTR) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, May 19, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in CHTR will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, May 17, 2016.
