MIAX Corporate Action Alert: WestRock Company (WRK)

WestRock Company (WRK) has announced a distribution that will become effective on Monday, May 16, 2016.  On that date, the current WRK option class will change to WRK1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list WRK1 options. Therefore, no options on WRK will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, May 16, 2016.  WestRock Company (WRK) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, May 17, 2016.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in WRK will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, May 13, 2016.
