MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Unilife Corporation (UNIS)
Unilife Corporation (UNIS) has announced a 1-for-10 reverse split that will become effective on Friday, May 13, 2016. On that date, the current UNIS option class will change to UNIS1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list UNIS1 options. Therefore, no options on UNIS will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, May 13, 2016. Unilife Corporation (UNIS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, May 16, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in UNIS will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, May 12, 2016.
