MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. (HOT)
Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. (HOT) has announced a distribution that will become effective on Friday, May 13, 2016. On that date, the current HOT option class will change to HOT1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list HOT1 options. Therefore, no options on HOT will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, May 13, 2016. Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. (HOT) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, May 16, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in HOT will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, May 12, 2016.
