MIAX Corporate Action Alert: UBS Group AG (UBS)

UBS Group AG (UBS) has announced a distribution that will become effective on Thursday, May 12, 2016.  On that date, the current UBS option class will change to UBS1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list UBS1 options. Therefore, no options on UBS will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, May 12, 2016.  UBS Group AG (UBS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, May 13, 2016.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in UBS will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, May 11, 2016.
