MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Solazyme, Inc. (SZYM) name and symbol change to TerraVia Holdings, Inc. (TVIA)
Solazyme, Inc. (SZYM) will change its name to TerraVia Holdings, Inc., its trading symbol to (TVIA), and its CUSIP to 88105A106, effective on Wednesday, May 11, 2016.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: TVIA options will trade on Cloud 17 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in SZYM will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, May 10, 2016.
