MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Vringo, Inc. (VRNG) Name and Symbol Change to FORM Holdings Corp. (FH)
Vringo, Inc. (VRNG) will change its name to FORM Holdings Corp, its trading symbol to (FH), and its CUSIP to 34634E102, effective on Monday, May 9, 2016.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: FH options will trade on Cloud 6 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in VRNG will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, May 6, 2016.
