MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. (FCAU)
Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. (FCAU) has announced a distribution that will become effective on Monday, May 2, 2016. On that date, the current FCAU option class will change to FCAU2. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list FCAU2 options. Therefore, no options on FCAU will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, May 2, 2016. Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. (FCAU) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, May 3, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in FCAU will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, April 29, 2016.
