MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Cemex, S.A.B. de C.V. (CX)
Cemex, S.A.B. de C.V. (CX) has announced a dividend that will become effective on Friday, April 29, 2016. On that date, the current CX option class will change to CX1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list CX1 options. Therefore, no options on CX will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, April 29, 2016. Cemex, S.A.B. de C.V. (CX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, May 2, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in CX will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, April 28, 2016.
