MIAX Corporate Action Alert: McGraw Hill Financial, Inc. (MHFI) Name and Symbol Change to S&P Global Inc. (SPGI)
McGraw Hill Financial, Inc. (MHFI) will change its name to S&P Global Inc., its trading symbol to (SPGI), and its CUSIP to 78409V104, effective on Thursday, April 28, 2016.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: SPGI options will trade on Cloud 16 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in MHFI will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, April 27, 2016.
