MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Sociedad Quimica y Minera de Chile S.A. (SQM)
Sociedad Quimica y Minera de Chile S.A. (SQM) has announced a special dividend that will become effective on Wednesday, April 27, 2016. On that date, the current SQM option class will change to SQM1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list SQM1 options. Therefore, no options on SQM will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, April 27, 2016. Sociedad Quimica y Minera de Chile S.A. (SQM) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, April 28, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in SQM will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, April 26, 2016.
