MIAX Corporate Action Alert: China Digital TV Holding Co., Ltd. (STV)
China Digital TV Holding Co., Ltd. (STV) has announced a distribution that will become effective on Wednesday, April 27, 2016. On that date, the current STV option class will change to STV1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list STV1 options. Therefore, no options on STV will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, April 27, 2016. China Digital TV Holding Co., Ltd. (STV) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, April 28, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in STV will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, April 26, 2016.
