MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Discovery Laboratories, Inc. (DSCO) Name and Symbol Change to Windtree Therapeutics, Inc. (WINT)
Discovery Laboratories, Inc. (DSCO) will change its name to Windtree Therapeutics, Inc., its trading symbol to (WINT), and its CUSIP to 97382D105, effective for trading on Tuesday, April 19, 2016.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: WINT options will trade on Cloud 19 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in DSCO will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, April 18, 2016.
