MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Banco Bradesco S.A. (BBD)

Banco Bradesco S.A. (BBD) has announced a stock dividend that will become effective on Monday, April 18, 2016.  On that date, the current BBD option class will change to BBD2. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list BBD2 options. Therefore, no options on BBD will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, April 18, 2016.  Banco Bradesco S.A. (BBD) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, April 19, 2016.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in BBD will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, April 15, 2016.
