MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Under Armour, Inc. (UA)
Under Armour, Inc. (UA) has announced a distribution that will become effective on Friday, April 8, 2016. On that date, the current UA option class will change to UA1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list UA1 options. Therefore, no options on UA will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, April 8, 2016. Under Armour, Inc. (UA) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, April 11, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in UA will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, April 7, 2016.
