MIAX Corporate Action Alert: QLT Inc. (QLTI)

QLT Inc. (QLTI) has announced a distribution that will become effective on Wednesday, April 6, 2016.  On that date, the current QLTI option class will change to QLTI1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list QLTI1 options. Therefore, no options on QLTI will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, April 6, 2016.  QLTI Inc. (QLTI) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, April 7, 2016.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in QLTI will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, April 5, 2016.
