MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Armstrong World Industries, Inc. (AWI)
Armstrong World Industries, Inc. (AWI) has announced a distribution that will become effective on Monday, April 4, 2016. On that date, the current AWI option class will change to AWI1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list AWI1 options. Therefore, no options on AWI will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, April 4, 2016. Armstrong World Industries, Inc. (AWI) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, April 5, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in AWI will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, April 1, 2016.
