MIAX Corporate Action Alert: ParkerVision, Inc. (PRKR)

ParkerVision, Inc. (PRKR) has announced a 1-for-10 reverse split that will become effective on Wednesday, March 30, 2016.  On that date, the current PRKR option class will change to PRKR1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list PRKR1 options. Therefore, no options on PRKR will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, March 30, 2016.  ParkerVision, Inc. (PRKR) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, March 31, 2016.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in PRKR will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, March 29, 2016.
