MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Direxion Daily Emerging Markets Bull 3X Shares (EDC)
Direxion Daily Emerging Markets Bull 3X Shares (EDC) has announced a 1-for-4 reverse split that will become effective on Thursday, March 24, 2016. On that date, the current EDC option class will change to EDC1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list EDC1 options. Therefore, no options on EDC will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, March 24, 2016. Direxion Daily Emerging Markets Bull 3X Shares (EDC) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, March 28, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in EDC will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, March 23, 2016.
