Celladon Corporation (CLDN)

Celladon Corporation (CLDN) has announced a reverse split, name, symbol, and cusip change that will become effective on Wednesday, March 23, 2016.  On that date, the current CLDN option class will change to EIGR1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list EIGR1 options. Therefore, no options on CLDN or EIGR will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, March 23, 2016.  

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in CLDN will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, March 22, 2016.
