MIAX Corporate Action Alert: DryShips Inc. (DRYS)

DryShips Inc. (DRYS) has announced a 1-for-25 reverse split that will become effective on Friday, March 11, 2016.  On that date, the current DRYS option class will change to DRYS1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list DRYS1 options. Therefore, no options on DRYS will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, March 11, 2016.  DryShips Inc. (DRYS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, March 14, 2016.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in DRYS will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, March 10, 2016.
