MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Altisource Residential Corporation (RESI)

Altisource Residential Corporation (RESI) has announced a cash distribution.  Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Tuesday, March 8, 2016. RESI options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in RESI will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, March 7, 2016.
