MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes S.A. (GOL)
Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes S.A. (GOL) has announced a 1-for-10 reverse split that will become effective on Friday, February 26, 2016. On that date, the current GOL option class will change to GOL1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list GOL1 options. Therefore, no options on GOL will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, February 26, 2016. Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes S.A. (GOL) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, February 29, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in GOL will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, February 25, 2016.
