MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Occidental Petroleum Corporation (OXY)
Occidental Petroleum Corporation (OXY) has announced a distribution. The distribution will become effective on Thursday, February 25, 2016. On that date, the current OXY options class will change to OXY1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list OXY1 options. Therefore, no options on OXY will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, February 25, 2016. The new OXY options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, February 26, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in OXY will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, February 24, 2016.
