MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Odyssey Marine Exploration, Inc. (OMEX)
Odyssey Marine Exploration, Inc. (OMEX) has announced a 1-for-12 reverse split that will become effective on Monday, February 22, 2016. On that date, the current OMEX option class will change to OMEX1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list OMEX1 options. Therefore, no options on OMEX will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Monday, February 22, 2016. Odyssey Marine Exploration, Inc. (OMEX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, February 23, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in OMEX will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, February 19, 2016.
