MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Natural Resource Partners L.P. (NRP)
Natural Resource Partners L.P. (NRP) has announced a 1-for-10 reverse split that will become effective on Thursday, February 18, 2016. On that date, the current NRP option class will change to NRP1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list NRP1 options. Therefore, no options on NRP will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, February 18, 2016. Natural Resource Partners L.P. (NRP) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, February 19, 2016.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in NRP will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, February 17, 2016.
