MIAX Corporate Action Alert: GlaxoSmithKline plc (GSK)

GlaxoSmithKline plc (GSK) has announced a cash distribution. The cash distribution will become effective on Wednesday, February 17, 2016.  On that date, the current GSK options class will change to GSK1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list GSK1 options. Therefore, no options on GSK will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, February 17, 2016. The new GSK options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, February 18, 2016.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in GSK will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, February 16, 2016.
