MIAX Corporate Action Alert: MFC Industrial Ltd. (MIL) Name and Symbol Change to MFC Bancorp Ltd. (MFCB)
MFC Industrial Ltd. (MIL) will change its name to MFC Bancorp Ltd. and its trading symbol to (MFCB) effective for trading on Tuesday, February 16, 2016.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: MFCB options will trade on Cloud 12 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in MIL will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, February 12, 2016.
