MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Lazard Ltd. (LAZ)
Lazard Ltd. (LAZ) has announced a cash distribution. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Tuesday, February 9, 2016. LAZ options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in LAZ will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, February 8, 2016.
