MIAX Corporate Action Alert: W.R. Grace & Co. (GRA)

W.R. Grace & Co. (GRA) has announced a distribution. The distribution will become effective on Thursday, February 4, 2016.  On that date, the current GRA options class will change to GRA1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list GRA1 options. Therefore, no options on GRA will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, February 4, 2016. The new GRA options series will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, February 5, 2016.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in GRA will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, February 3, 2016.
