MIAX Corporate Action Alert: DragonWave Inc. (DRWI)

DragonWave Inc. (DRWI) has announced a 1-for-25 reverse split that will become effective on Thursday, February 4, 2016.  On that date, the current DRWI option class will change to DRWI1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list DRWI1 options. Therefore, no options on DRWI will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Thursday, February 4, 2016.  DragonWave Inc. (DRWI) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Friday, February 5, 2016.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in DRWI will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, February 3, 2016.
