Market for Underlying Security used for Openings on MIAX for Symbols MCHI and TLT Effective Tuesday, February 2, 2016

IShares MSCI China ETF (MCHI) and IShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF (TLT) will transfer primary listing from ARCA to NASDAQ beginning Tuesday, February 2, 2016, and, as set forth in MIAX Rule 503(d), MIAX shall use NASDAQ as the “market for the underlying security” for purposes of Openings on the Exchange.
