Market for Underlying Security used for Openings on MIAX for Symbol BBH

Market Vectors Biotech ETF (BBH) will transfer primary listing from ARCA to NASDAQ beginning today, Monday, February 1, 2016, and, as set forth in MIAX Rule 503(d), MIAX shall use NASDAQ as the “market for the underlying security” for purposes of Openings on the Exchange.
