MIAX Corporate Action Alert: The Men’s Wearhouse, Inc. (MW) Name and Symbol Change to Tailored Brands, Inc. (TLRD)
The Men’s Wearhouse, Inc. (MW) will change its name to Tailored Brands, Inc., its trading symbol to (TLRD), and its CUSIP to 87403A107, effective for trading on Monday, February 1, 2016.
Strike prices and all other option terms will not change.
NOTE: TLRD options will trade on Cloud 17 on the MIAX.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in MW will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, January 29, 2016.
