Ford Motor Company (F) has announced a cash distribution. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Wednesday, January 27, 2016. F options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in F will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, January 26, 2016.
