MIAX Options Exchange Delisting: Penn Virginia Corporation (PVA)

Penn Virginia Corporation (PVA) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options Exchange effective on Wednesday, January 13, 2016.

All open orders resting on the MIAX order book in PVA will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, January 12, 2016.

Details about the Penn Virginia Corporation (PVA) move to the OTC market are provided in the attached OCC Memo.
