MIAX Corporate Action Alert: Mechel OAO (MTL)

Mechel OAO (MTL) has announced a 1-for-2 reverse split that will become effective on Tuesday, January 12, 2016.  On that date, the current MTL option class will change to MTL1. The MIAX Options Exchange will not list MTL1 options. Therefore, no options on MTL will be available for trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Tuesday, January 12, 2016.  Mechel OAO (MTL) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange on Wednesday, January 13, 2016.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order book in MTL will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, January 11, 2016.
